Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at catherine@classiclegacy.com and send your item to: 7147 Manor Woods CT, Germantown Tennessee US 38138.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

How long does it take for an order to be received?

In general most items ship within 1-3 days. Some items take 4-5 days to ship out. This information will be included on your order acknowledgment email. Transit time varies from 2-5 days. How are items shipped?   You can choose to have your gift shipped USPS or UPS at check out. We ship to all 50 states in the USA.

 How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is broken down by dollar amount. We use calculated shipping depending on the weight and dimension of the box. Calculations also depend on the carrier that is chosen and if you chose ground, 2Day, or overnight shipping options.  We pass along the very best rates to you!   

Do you ship internationally?  
Not at this time.

What is the return policy?
If you are not happy with your item for any reason, you can return it within 7 days. The shipping back of your item is your responsibility and the refund will be for the price paid for the item not the shipping. ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A RA NUMBER (RETURN AUTHORIZATION) You cannot send an item back without first contacting us to get an RA. Any order shipped back without an RA will not be refunded. An RA is the only way to identify your order Anything custom ordered (includes statuary) or monogrammed is not returnable All flash sales and all presales are not returnable and are always a final sale.

Can I call in my order?
Yes, you can now call in your order to 1-901-756-9339     Mon- Friday 9:30-5:30 Central Standard Time.

 Do I need to pay taxes?
Only if you are in TN state, as we are in TN. If you are, the sales tax will be added to your purchase.

I haven’t gotten my order, what do I do? 
If you have given your order a reasonable amount of processing and shipping time (6-9 days) please feel free to contact us via phone or email at 1-901-756-9339 or catherine@classiclegacy.com and we will be happy to update you and provide a tracking number for your order.

Can I make suggestions, offer feedback or make recommendations for certain products?
Absolutely! We love hearing from you and welcome your suggestions. Feel free to email us anytime with requests, suggestions, or ideas. We are totally open to hearing what you have to say and welcome your feedback. Email us at catherine@classiclegacy.com

Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, we are thrilled to say that we are officially offering limited wholesale accounts. If you are a retailer please call 901-756-9339 to establish an account.

 What happens if an item arrives damaged?
1. Be sure to keep the original packaging.

2. Always contact by phone 901-756-9339 or email catherine@classiclegacy.com

3. There is a seven day window to claim a damaged item.

4. If the item is available for replacement we will give you a prompt replacement or refund.

 What happens if I have not received my order?
If you have not received your order in 10-14 days please do give us a call at 901-756-9339 so we can track and locate your package.
